2nd :- Pradhan mantri awas yojna urban

Total budget= 79590 cr.
For gramin:- 25103 cr.
For urban:-54487 cr.

PMAY GRAMIN
launch in :- 2016
Launch by :- Mr. Narendra Damodardas Modi
Implemented by :- ministry of rural development
Target:- provide 2.95 cr. pucca house with basic amenities by the year 2022
Extended till March 2024

PMAY URBAN
launch in :- June 2015
Launch by :- Narendra Modi
Implemented by:- ministry of housing and urban affairs
Extended till December 2024

SUKANYA SAMRIDDHI YOJANA ( SSY)

launched on:-22 January 2015
Launched by:- prime minister Narendra Modi

Minimum deposit per year:- rs 250/- then amount in multiple rs. 100 can be deposited thereafter

Maximum deposit:- 1,50,000
Who can open the account:- A legal guardian on behalf of a girl child

# only one account per girl child

Account can be opened for a maximum of two girls children in one family.

SSY interest rate :- 8%

SSY account be opened any time between birth of girl child till she attains the age of 10 years.
